We offer over 250+ craft beers by the bottle and 50 craft beers on draught from around the world, as well as a full bar. WOB is a place where you can eat, drink, and enjoy fun events and live music from local and emerging artists in a familiar, casual setting.
The WOB Bar & Kitchen franchise owner shares our philosophy about helping customers discover the joy and limitless potential of craft beers, food, and spirits and wants to share their passion with their community. We seek financially qualified candidates who are inspired by our mission and want to join us as either a single-unit owner or area developer. We are ready to disrupt the craft beer restaurant industry with you as a key player on our team.
Franchise owners and their managers will receive 6 weeks of comprehensive training on the WOB Bar & Kitchen franchise model, both in the classroom and on the job. When it’s time for your Grand Opening, our WOB Bar & Kitchen franchise team will travel to your location to make sure you are calm, confident, and excited when you open your doors. Owners will have access to the WOB Bar & Kitchen Confidential Operations Manual for daily operations. Our team is available to assist you when you need us. We are always just a call or click away.
The estimated initial investment necessary to begin operations ranges from $2,411,293 to $3,751,742. This includes a $50,000 initial franchise fee. As with any new venture, it’s important to have adequate capital to fund the initial business growth stages.

We do not provide direct financing to franchise owners, but we may refer to financing sources on a case-by-case basis.
We collect a royalty fee equal to 5% of Net Sales. Fees such as these allow us to fund our ongoing WOB Bar & Kitchen support services and the continued development of programs, marketing tools, training programs, recipes, and systems upgrades. For a full list of fees and requirements, please refer to our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).
WOB Bar & Kitchen franchise owners will be required to spend the greater of x% or $xxx per week on local marketing each month, and $xx,000 on their Grand Opening. You will also contribute x% of gross revenues to the brand marketing fund. Collected funds will be used to develop marketing strategies to promote the WOB Bar & Kitchen brand and cover the creative costs to develop branded marketing materials and campaigns.
The initial term of your agreement is 10 years, with two subsequent successor agreement options of five years each.
